Quick Upload in Connect Missing

Can the quick upload option in Connect be restricted based on security roles? I was under the impression that no matter which license a client has (enterprise or professional) both the data lake and quick upload would always be available, but this is all I see when I click on Connect -

Yes, the Atlas Upload Widget loads data into the Data Lake. Please note when you upload multiple files for the same Data Catalog object, the data appends.

The Atlas Upload Widget can be used if the .csv is <= 25 mb in size.

Need edit access to the home page. Need the security role of DATAFABRIC-Superadmin.

Click pencil icon in the inWelcome Page banner

Click +Add Widget

Application

Click + in the Atlas Upload tile

In ION

Choose DataCatalog/Object Schemas

Click +Add

Choose 'Generate romSampleData

Chose theFiscalPeriodMap.csv

Review the defaults when clicking Next

Then click Finish

Drag file into AtlasUpload Widget

Set Object Name to the name of the Object Schema

As a follow up, without quick upload there is no way to get third party data into Birst, is that correct? This client has data from other sources that I was going to upload and then link to Infor data to create reports and dashboards.
