Does anyone have a project template for Scheduler Customization in SyteLine, like the one mentioned in the

I already have the PDF documentation, but I’m looking for the actual project template and the necessary libraries to get started.
In \Program Files\Infor\Scheduler\USERCODE there is no such folder "Scheduler".
Is this customization supported in the newer on-premise versions of SyteLine?
Also, does anyone know if it's available or supported in older versions as well?
