What is the impact if any to increase the Lot Number from 15 characters to a higher number?
We are CSI in MT environment.

From a performance standpoint, pretty much no impact in 2024.
However, if this is a CSI Standard field, changing the length could come back to bite you somewhere in the dependencies and I would advise you not to do so. Even if you tweaked every field you could access, there are many stored procedures in play in CSI that cannot be modified, and the risk is pretty great here. Take a look at EditStoredProcedure for some idea. (Don't worry - it won't let you edit the stored procedures in 2024.)7
