How do I set up and send Dunning Letters (for CSD)?

The documentation references files in a KB article which does not contain said files.
Other documentation refers to using a widget in the AR Credit Manager workspace, but notes that this is only available in the Advanced Workspace. However, I can't find any documentation explaining what an Advanced Workspace is or how to access it.
This method also appears to use AI-generated text rather than an IDM template, but maybe it's possible that it uses both.

Any help or further resources on dunning letters for CSD?
