Hi everyone,
I’m encountering an issue when trying to process a PDF using the GenAI flow in Infor IDP. The error message I receive is:
"GENAI Error occurred during processing."
Has anyone else faced this issue? What could be the possible reasons for this, and how can I resolve it?
I have tried:
✔ Re-uploading the document
✔ Testing with different PDFs
Would appreciate any insights or solutions!
