Which logicalid do I need to use for ION Messaging Service APIs?

I'm trying to use the ION Messaging Service APIs to send a message, but I get 412 responses with errors of "Application connection point is not in an active state" or "Invalid OAuth keypair for logicalId" depending on what I try.

Where do I go from here to get a valid logicalId?

Have you went through the documentation where you create the IMS Connection Point in ION?
Then use that connection in a Data flow, activate the data flow which in turn activates the connection point i.e. the Logical ID .

You can test in Postman or in your application.
