Cascading Filters on a List - LPL

I need to create a list with cascading filters. The primary filter will rule the possible options for the secondary filter.

An example of this kind of filters is the Country / State filters, where when selecting Country, only States belonging to that Country will show on the States select filter.

Any ideas?
