We have several accounting processes that involve different approval actions depending on the specific invoice parameters. For example, sometimes there will be SME, Product Manager and workflow number 25 approvals ( this is an example of three consecutive approvals in our system for a payables invoice approval process ). Other times, the approval process will be just a workflow number 25 approval. All of the user actions ( type UA in the LPD files ) will display a milestone for the user, even ones that did not execute for a given approval process. Is there a way to conditionally display these user actions as from what I've seen, the users actions are automatically displayed as milestones even when they don't execute conditionally in a workflow process?
