IDM Workflow

I was following along the IDM workflow creation video for "Simple PO Documents" and it worked out great. My problem came when I started to make more IDM workflows for approval tasks. it would seem that I cant figure out how to make my activation policies only start one workflow as when I create the document in IDM the activation policies are starting all of my workflows as opposed to only the single workflow I want to start. Would anyone know what conditions/Rule would be better for my activation policies?

Hi,

If you use the "ContentDocument" schema for your use cases you can set filters in monitors. You can use the "DocumentMetaData" to start different workflows for different types of IDM documents.
