Hello everyone,

I have a requirement where there are three company environments, all of which are cloud multi-tenant environments.

Is it possible to connect to Birst and extract tables from all of these cloud multi-tenant environments, then perform consolidated modeling and develop a report?

If so, could you please outline the steps to achieve this?

Regards,
Rajini

@Rajini I replied to your post on community.infor.com. My reply repeated here:

"First you need to confirm you have been licensed for the Birst Enterprise platform (this license is an added SKU/cost if you have only a Cloudsuite Analytic Solution SKU on your company's contract).

The Birst Enterprise Platform license enables all the Modeler/Connect connections (the Cloudsuite Analytic Solution license only allows extraction from Infor Data Lake)."

Thank you for your quick response.

Yes, we have licensed Birst Enterprise platform which enables all the connectors, but which connector to be used from multiple cloud tenant environments.

As per my understanding, data lake connector will be different to each tenant, then how can we connect to different tenant data and consolidate and develop the report.

    Regards,

Yes, the Data Lake connectors correspond to the tenant environment for which the Data Lake is being accessed.

Your requirements need to be better understood. You mention 3 company tenants. Are you describing DEV, TRN, PRD as the three tenants or does your company have 3 subsidiary companies each with a Cloudsuite license?

consolidation at the group level since for each company like Hospitality, company2 and company3 and we have separate tenant for each respectively.
