What is the best user profile for development without giving access to everything in Syteline?

Hello everyone!

I have a good question for the experienced users that are good with the users access management in Infor Syteline.

We have a new employee in our company that will be our ERP administrator. His role will be to maintain our in-house developments. For security purposes since he is a new employee, we don't want to give him the access "SU" just yet as he will have access to all of our finances. So, is there a easy way to do this or an access already created for this purpose until he is trustworthy with our finances?

    There is no perfect formula for this situation; each company resolves it in its own way.

    I believe that the first step is to map out all the activities for this profile.

    It is important to have two people on the team with the same role.

    For higher-risk activities, only release the role to the most experienced member.

    When you trust the newest member, allow him to perform risky tasks.
