Question re: Config Console in FSM

Newbie to this community and limited experience using Config Console in FSM. Hope this is the right community and forum for this question.

For FSM, when adding a new AccountingEntity, the field System defaults to "GL"

My client is asking for a configuration that not only defaults the System field to GL, but that the value cannot be changed, that GL is the only allowed value.
