What might stop Data Frabic from loading in a GPO managed browser?
Hello, We are in the process of moving from on-prem to the cloud and are working on getting ION ETL configured. We have an issue where Data Fabric won't load when we try to access it (Chrome or Edge) from our work PCs but it loads fine from our home PCs.
When we try to open Data Fabric from our work PCs we get this error:
"idf-04ionce.idf.inforcloudsuite.com unexpectedly closed the connection."
We are assuming that something in our GPO is not allowing us to run the needed URL webpage functions. I'm hoping someone here might have thoughts on what might be needed by Data Fabric that could be getting blocked. Knowing what the Fabric web page needs to use to make it function would help us work with our IT group to allow those functions to work. We are working with Infor support but are hoping by asking here we might be able to resolve the issue more quickly.

this might be a firewall rule within your organization that prevents loading the data fabric. check with Infor and get the required IPs to be whitelisted.

When something is not working as expected I recommend to create a support case through Infor Concierge. The support team can investigate what may be causing the issues you are experiencing.
