XA Netlink URL - Use with SSRS

I have a report in SSRS that I want to create a URL Link where users can click on the link and it will take them directly to the PO in NetLink. I have it where it's working somewhat, but have a question about the ControllerID in the URL. This seems to increment each time a new window is open. What is the purpose of this ControllerID. Is it just a session ID? Can two or more users have the same ControllerID?

Also there's the RequestGroup and this number stays the same during the session. If I log out of NetLink and back in, the RequestGroup ID changes to something else.

Anyone had done something similar and can explain the ControllerID and RequestGroup? How I can grab that to utilized?
