RemoteMethodCallSp - Not Returning Information from All Sites in Multi-Tenant Cloud

Following the October uplift, we've observed that RemoteMethodCallSp is not consistently returning information from all sites within our multi-tenant cloud environment.

We're curious if anyone else has experienced similar behavior.

    I would recommend submitting a support ticket with as much detail as possible so development can try to track this down.

    We've implemented a custom version of the invoice report generation process that relies on a remote method call to get the Information from all sites.

    I've submitted a support ticket to Infor and escalated it to the support manager. However, they've closed the case, citing the customization as the reason for their inability to escalate the issue to the development team. Actually, we are simply calling the Infor method to get the data.

    I've since reached out to our Customer Success Manager (CSM) to escalate the issue directly to the development team. It has been almost 3 weeks and just this week only we were able to get this issue to development team.
