Infor HR Talent Work Assignment Audit Log Changes

In the work assignment audit log in HR Talent the field that was changed is highlighted for every row.

I am trying to create a report in Birst that isolates that information - old vs new data (but just the field that was changed) for each record in work assignment history.

Does anyone know how the information is highlighted from one row to the next?
