Finance data disappearing in LN Analytics Dashboard - General Ledger

Hi there

Hope you are well.

I am having some issues with the GL dashboards in LN Analytics. Everything has been configured. all the different Modules Dashboards are working and shows data, however the GL set of Dashboards, the data keeps disappearing. The GL Dashboard works perfectly fine one day, and then the next day there will not be any data in Birst.

I am assuming it has something to do with the taxonomy mappings from LN, as the Finance consultant recreated the mappings a few times that we are now on version 6.

Has anyone else had a similar issue, or could someone please advise on how I can resolve this? I don't know what could be the cause of the taxonomy mapping disappearing?
