Customization for Infor Customer Portal 4.1

Hi Everyone,

We’ve recently implemented Infor Customer Portal 4.1 and have begun exploring its features.

I’ve reviewed the documentation on customization and have briefly looked into the available editors (Page, FDF, Layout), and Managers(Farm and Portal).

Currently, I’m working on creating a new page to collect information from customers, which will then be passed into CSI (SyteLine). Is this level of customization possible within the portal? If so, are the three editors mentioned sufficient, or will I need additional tools or software to achieve this?
